A leading nursing and home care service provider in Toronto is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Position Details
- Salary: $60–$65 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time, Casual
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, including day, evening, and night rotations. Overtime opportunities available.
Role Responsibilities
- Acting as a Charge Nurse, overseeing the nursing care of residents within the Long Term Care facility.
- Administering medications, conducting assessments, and ensuring the highest levels of patient safety and care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date charting and documentation.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place and followed.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. While preferred, candidates eligible for registration may also be considered.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in a Long Term Care setting or similar environment preferred.
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate in Nursing or related field is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
